We want you to be happy with your book. If it isn’t right for you, you can have your money back.
30-day money-back guarantee
- Reply to the receipt email Gumroad sent you after your purchase. Your reply comes straight to us. You can also write to [email protected] from the email address you used to buy.
- Do it within 30 days of your purchase. You don’t have to give a reason.
- We refund the full price to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Gumroad handles our checkout, so there is no refund button on its page; a short reply to your receipt is all it takes. If you ever don’t hear back from us, Gumroad’s support team can help too.
After 30 days
Write to us anyway. If something went wrong with your download or your order, we will make it right.
Trouble with the download?
Before asking for a refund because a file won’t open, write to us. We can resend the link or send the file another way, and help you open it on your device.
Charges you don’t recognize
The charge on your statement will mention Gumroad, the service that sells and delivers our books. If you don’t recognize a charge, please write to us first; we will sort it out quickly.
